| The Glenmore’s
Leaders' Program is set up to teach our young adults how to be lifeguards of the future.
More Glenmore graduates are placed as lifeguards than from any other source. This program is under the direction of the pool manager and is facilitated by two of Glenmore's lifeguards. If your young adult is interested in joining Glenmore's Leaders' Program and you are a paid member of Glenmore Pool, please fill in the information on the following link and return this form with your registration. Canadian Swim Patrol, Bronze Medallion and Bronze Cross are included in this program Leaders Application form |

| Glenmore Pool competes in swim meets against other pools of the North Shore Aquatics Association. We are a "Full Participation" pool with emphasis on fun. Everyone who wants to join will have the chance to swim and be cheered by their team. The coaches work actively with swimmers of ALL AGES, from the youngest group (6 and Under) to Seniors, who are 16 to... as young as you feel! More | ||

| We not only offer Water Polo lessons, which teach your children the fundamentals of the game, we also compete against other pools every week and in end-of-season playoffs. Glenmore tradition includes our annual "Water-Polo-a-Thon", where we make up teams and compete for many straight hours... Join us!! More | ||

| Synchronized swimming is like water ballet. The swimmers combine grace and beauty with physical endurance and the ability to hold their breath for a really, really long time! Glenmore offers Synchro lessons for girls of all ages, as well as the chance to compete in both team and solo events. Plus, you get to wear some really neat nose plugs! More | ||

| Diving is as close to flying as many of us will ever get. Glenmore has Diving teams in three age groups, or degrees of difficulty. Plus, we have the lessons and the coaching that will take you through those levels. Front dives, back dives, layouts, pikes, tucks and twists. We can teach you how to fly! More | ||
