Welcome to our 1st
2011 Newsletter |
Hello everyone!
Welcome to a new season with Glenmore Pool. I am sure that, just
like me, you are eagerly anticipating the opening of the pool.
The relaxing atmosphere, the beautiful blue water and the excited
giggles of children as they play during rubber ducky swim, are just a
few of the things we are all awaiting. Of course we are
also looking forward to swim meets, diving meets, water polo matches and
synchro competitions.
What an exciting part of pool life it is to belong to of one, or
all, of the Glenmore teams. Everyone is welcome to join in the fun
and competition! This summer you can also look forward to some of
our old favorites like Canada Day, pre-teen dances, and the Family BBQ.
The pool will be open for the season on June 4th. Hopefully we
will see you all there with smiles on your faces and sunscreen in hand.
Of course for those of you who just can't wait to see the pool, our
annual clean up weekend will be May 21st and 22nd. We will welcome
all who wish to come by and lend a hand to get the pool ready for the
wonderful summer we have ahead of us.

ARE GUARANTEED A MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL ONLY UNTIL April 30, 2011. EFFECTIVE May
1,2011, ALL MEMBERSHIP APPLICATIONS WILL BE TAKEN ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVED BASIS
until our maximum numbers are reached. 2010 Paid Members also have until April
30, 2011
to take advantage of the THE EARLY RATE
So get
your membership mailed in ASAP as the deadline date is not that far off.

The
use of
POOL
PASSES
AND PHOTOS is
strictly enforced at Glenmore and it is
necessary for guests to be signed in personally by pool members
at the front
gate. We have several options available for your convenience (1 Picture is
required for each member of your Family)
- You
Can E-Mail "Individual" Photos to membershipphotos@glenmorepool.com
that will be printed on your Passes.
- Please
when you E-Mail your photos, Name each file with the persons name that
the picture is for and 1 Picture per person
- We
can take "Digital" quality Photographs On-Site (Starting
from Free Weekend) for a Nominal Fee
REMEMBER , these passes are required by Opening Day - June
6, 2011, You
will not gain entry with no Pool Pass.
Again this season we are
running our hugely popular "Refer a Friend" program.
Not only can you save money on your membership, but you get to bring
in some of your friends!!
This is the ninth year that this
program is being offered, and as in the past if you recommend a
friend and upon their "Paid" membership you get 10 percent
of the value of that membership (Excluding Lessons). So what are you
waiting for, get your friends to come out to Glenmore and enjoy the
Sun!!!
